How we protect it
Each restaurant has its own tenant boundary. Sessions use secure cookies, passwords are hashed, and database row-level security limits access to the correct restaurant.
Your control
You can correct classifications, export approved records, disconnect data sources, or request permanent deletion of your restaurant workspace.
Auditable automation
Financial numbers are calculated by deterministic code, not invented by an AI model. Every number keeps a known operational source, and human correction always wins.
